Golfer and group registration for the Mountains of Gold Tournament is based on
a first come, first serve basis
Until December 31, 2009,
online registration will be conducted exclusively through participating
golf courses and Golf Professionals in Canada and the Pacific Northwest of
the US
On January 1, 2010,
bookings will be open to the general public
Registration for each
participating golfer or group is to be completed online with a valid Pro
ID, and credit card payment is required at time of booking.
Large parties, or groups
that require assistance in booking are invited to phone in their registration
toll free at: 1-877-427-7847
Your Booking Confirmation
will be emailed to you immediately upon receipt of your order
Official confirmation of
Tournament registration, approved dates, details of accommodation and golf
tee-time schedules will be sent by mail to all registrants by March 1,
2010.
General Details:
The Mountains of Gold
tournament package is set at 3 rounds of golf and 3 nights of
accommodation
Golfers will be placed into
accommodation that best suits the golf party,
(i.e. A twosome booking will be placed in a double occupancy hotel style
room; larger parties will be placed in two, three, or four-bedroom
condos.)
Additional nights
accommodation may be requested and paid for at the time of booking, but
are not guaranteed
In the event of a
booking difficulty for the duration of your desired dates of stay, an
Event representative will contact you to discuss options. If we cannot
place your party for your requested Additional Nights Accommodation in a
manner that is agreeable to your group, you are entitled to a refund for
any payment made for any additional nights booked
Members of your party who
will not be golfing will be required to pay for accommodation only. See

If you have alternate
accommodation in the region, you may check No Accommodation Required when
registering
In this case, each
member of your party will be sent a $150 gift certificate in lieu of
accommodation
